Refund & Replacement Policy
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is the wrong color or size, please send us a photo of the item with the size label and original packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order for a replacement.
We can offer you a replacement at no additional cost if the following criteria are met:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.
Packages lost in transit.
Measurements are provided in the description of each product to help you get a more accurate fit. We are not responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item does not fit you.
Note: Please make sure all the information you provide is correct before submitting your order to avoid any loss in the mail or other mishaps.
We assume no liability for misdirected packages.
To receive a replacement or refund, email us with your concern within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the item(s) with the size label and original packaging.
Cancellation policy
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellations of orders outside the 12 hour window and/or for standard shipping reason. Please note that our standard shipping costs are stated in the description of each product so all customers should be aware of this before completing an order.
All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours before the amount appears in the customer’s bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
